I'm stronger than the habit

I'm now going to the gym 4 days a week, eating better & and focusing on staying smoke free long term! 

This would of never been possible for me when I was smoking. After six years of smoking, it was affecting my energy and breathing. I knew it was time to make some improvements.

Breaking the mouth to hand habit was probably the hardest bit, especially when i got bored or after meals, but those NRT and regular check-ins helped me push through
